DSS is a student run theatre company where students are invited to write, direct, design and perform in their own work. Offering a unique variety of roles for students of all faculties, years, and levels of experience, DSS is constantly greeting new faces with warm smiles and open arms.

We’re all about taking chances and trying new things. In a collaborative and inclusive environment, DSS strives to create a safe space for students of any background, ethnicity and sexual identity to feel comfortable taking risks and pushing their art to new levels. 
 
Our performances have been held in the Isabel Bader Centre for the Performing Arts and the Rotunda Theatre, where we produce a wide array of student written one-act pieces and devised concepts. Tickets are sold at the door each semester for the fixed price of $4.00. What a deal!

 

We are being given the opportunity to explore new spaces this season with our accepting environment as the ground beneath our feet, wherever we may choose to go
